DJI Phantom 2 Vision Plus, practicing the controls in the front of my home in the San Carlos area of San Diego California. This is the first of the DJI Phantom model to offer a three axis gimbal. the gimbal is a camera support that allows for the rotation of the camera, in this case by three servomotors to keep the camera steady while the quadcopter is flying. Up to this time. The most common gimbal available was just the two access model. This three access model provides almost Hollywood style stabilization of the video footage.

I combine my aerial real estate photography with my 30 years of residential real estate experience to ensure that my clients achieve the best possible price marketing or selling residential real estate in the San Diego California market!
